How do I join?
Sign in with the email you use at checkout. Your Patina Studio account keeps your orders and points together. There is no separate rewards signup.
What earns points?
Earn 10 points per $1 of eligible merchandise after discounts. Tax, shipping and amounts paid with gift cards are excluded. Points are added after payment and rounded down to whole points. Purchases before the program launched are not included.
Can I redeem more than $5 at once?
Yes. Choose any amount your balance covers in 500-point steps. For example, 5,000 points becomes one $50 coupon. Points are deducted when the coupon is issued.
What should I know about coupon codes?
Each coupon is for your account and can be used once. It cannot be combined with other product or order discounts. Eligible free shipping still applies. Redeem no more than you plan to spend; unused coupon value is not carried over.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned on returned items are removed. For a return paid with a rewards coupon, or to cancel an unused coupon, contact us for help with the points adjustment.
Do my points expire?
Points have no scheduled expiry. Any coupon conditions are shown when you redeem. Points and coupons cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
